Our services
Mould Treatment
Surface mould driven by humidity, treated properly so it does not keep coming back. We treat the affected surfaces and fog the space, usually in a single visit, and a written report is included. Treatment from $750.
Mould Remediation
For mould being fed by a leak, or sitting inside a wall, ceiling or subfloor or mould that has actively colonised for longer periods of time. We follow the IICRC S520 process: contain the area, remove the affected material, dry it out and correct the moisture source. Quoted on inspection.
Mould Investigation & Report
When you need to find the cause or document the problem. A comprehensive on-site investigation that finds the moisture source and building issues feeding the mould, written up in a full report within 48 hours. $300, credited toward your remediation if you proceed.
Air Sampling
Independent lab testing for when you need proof. We take air or surface samples and have them analysed by a NATA-accredited laboratory, reporting the spore types and concentrations. Ideal for finding hidden mould and investigating musty smells, pre-purchase, insurance and disputes.
Water Damage Restoration
Fast response when water gets in. We find the moisture, dry the structure properly and identify any potential issues that could cause mould, so a leak or flood does not turn into a mould problem down the track.
Mould Management plans
Atmospheric mould growth is very common in our climate. Our management plans keep it under control.
In a climate like ours, the question is not whether surface mould comes back, it is when. A mould management plan is a scheduled treatment at a discounted rate that keeps surface mould and indoor air quality under control, instead of waiting for it to take over and paying full price to clear it again.
