From the initial inspection to coordinating specialist trades to bring your home back to its pre-remediation condition, we are with you at every step.
We understand that discovering a mould infestation can be stressful. That’s why we tailor solutions to your specific needs and the unique requirements of each job.
We pride ourselves on providing first-class service and complete remediation solutions, so you, your family or your customers can rest easy knowing the mould has been properly removed.
Our IICRC-qualified technicians use advanced tools such as thermal imaging, hygrometers, moisture metres, probes, antimicrobial agents, air scrubbers, air movers, dehumidifiers, negative air pressure and containment systems to safely and effectively remove mould from your property for good. Without cross-contaminating other areas.
We use advanced tools to detect hidden moisture, leaks and moisture pathways in walls, ceilings and subfloors - the common root causes of mould growth.
Once the cause has been identified, we compile all findings into a digital report within 24 hours, including photos, moisture readings, identified causation and our recommended permanent solution.
If desired, air scrubbers can be installed at the time of inspection to help purify the air and reduce airborne spores, giving you peace of mind while the assessment is completed.

Fogging is an additional treatment that helps reduce airborne spores and sanitise the property, assisting in the prevention of mould recurrence.
The fogging agent is non-hazardous, biodegradable and safe for all contents of your home.
The process distributes a fine mist throughout the property to help inhibit mould growth from spores that may have travelled beyond the original contaminated area.

Re-siliconing wet areas is a crucial preventative service to stop water ingress into cavities, walls, behind tiles and vanities.
When water penetrates these spaces, mould can grow aggressively, eventually spreading through walls, floors or ceilings.
Once mould is inside the structure, porous building materials must be removed to address the mould at the root. Simply wiping the surface is not enough.
When mould establishes within a wall, it can contaminate both sides, potentially requiring remediation in adjacent rooms.
Replace crucial water barriers
Prevent water ingress to avoid serious damage
Enhance the look of your bathroom
Remove mouldy silicone
Freshen up for pre-sale
We inspect the property to identify the root cause of the mould.
Once causation has been determined, we prepare a recommended treatment plan and, if required, coordinate licensed specialist trades from our affiliate network to fix the source of the issue, such as leaks or defects.

We make the area safe using S520 tape and air scrubbers, and we contain the contaminated area to prevent spores from spreading and stop cross-contamination. Using thick plastic barriers and negative air pressure ensures no spread into uncontaminated spaces.

Using one of our highly professional, licensed and insured affiliate trades to fix the root cause of the mould. Once this is complete, Mould removal can begin.

After the source is fixed, mould removal begins.
We physically remove mould, sanitise and HEPA vacuum non-porous materials, and safely deconstruct and dispose of porous contaminated materials. This step is essential for a long-term fix — mould has root structures (hyphae) that penetrate materials, and failure to remove contaminated materials can allow mould to regrow.

Once mould has been physically removed, we purify and scrub the air for a duration suited to the job, leaving the environment free of spores and helping prevent mould from returning.
We then sanitise the entire property, inside and outside the containment zone, ensuring the space is clean and hygienic. If required, air samples are taken and sent to the laboratory to verify successful mould removal.

When your property is mould-free, spore-free and sanitised, we deconstruct containment.

The final step is to reinstate the previously removed porous materials. Once this is complete, your property is mould-free and restored to its original condition or better.
